During The Relaxation Reboot, you’ll try one new relaxation tip each day—simple ideas submitted by our community. Think of it as a soft, guided pause: one small way to slow down, breathe deeper, and notice what brings you calm.
At the end of the week, you’ll rank all 5 tips from your personal favourite to least favourite, then submit your completed card to be entered into a prize draw. No pressure—just gentle curiosity.
