This 4-week meal planning challenge is designed to help you simplify food decisions, reduce stress around meals, and build a planning system that actually works for your life.

Each week we’ll meet live to introduce the focus and talk through real-life examples. Between sessions, the community chat will be the space to ask questions, share ideas, and learn from each other. You’ll also receive a downloadable menu planning sheet to use throughout the challenge and beyond.

This is not about perfection or eating a certain way — it’s about building skills you can reuse, adjust, and grow with.
What You’ll Learn Over 4 Weeks
Week 1: Planning for Real Life
Creating a plan that reflects your actual week, instead of your ideal one. This week builds on foundational planning skills to allow you success regardless of your eating goals.

Week 2: Reducing Decision Fatigue
Reduce your choices to increase your success! Instead of building a new plan with all new meals, you'll learn about the 5 4 3 2 1 strategy to minimize effort and choices.

Week 3: Planning for Disruptions
No week goes to plan. This week focuses on adaptation and building out more support for yourself to help you stay on plan with less effort.
Week 4: Making It Sustainable
With your success from weeks 1-3, you'll learn how to apply dietary changes and incorporate nutritional details and recommendations so that you can reach your goals through nutrition.
Why Join?
Instead of planning without intention, you'll learn the skills and strategy to help you save money, eat to meet your nutrition goals and build on skills that make it easier to stay consistent with healthy eating and adapt to any lifestyle change that comes your way.
