Kimmel Alcide:

Kimmel is passionate about guiding individuals, teams and communities to self-discovery through mindfulness practices. She is the Director of The Everyday Yogi Inc., a platform for bringing yoga and meditation to people around the world. In addition to her role as a teacher, she is one of the lead Yoga Trainers for LifePower Yoga, Canada offering 100hr and 200hr trainings.

 

She has attained over 10000 hours in the wellness industry and has worked with several major brands including lululemon, Team Canada, Hershey’s Chocolate, Canada Goose and Uber Canada to bring yoga and mindfulness into their work and professional space.  

 

Her core values are centred around personal responsibility, connection, inclusivity and contribution. Beyond her practice and profession, Kimmel enjoys connecting people, hiking in nature, story telling and playing scrabble.

Brandee Ellis

Brandee Ellis is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, exercise physiologist, yoga teacher, and health coach—with a deep love for food, movement, mindfulness, and travel. With a passion for helping others live more vibrant and balanced lives, she works with clients who share her vision of healthy, passionate living. Her approach centers on supporting individuals as they learn to eat, breathe, and live more healthfully.
 

Brandee holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and earned her Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist licensure from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City. Alongside her academic and clinical pursuits, she discovered a love for yoga, which led her to take a three-month sabbatical for a transformative experience in India—the birthplace of yoga. There, she completed an intensive yoga teacher training immersion in Rishikesh through a scholarship-awarded program. That journey also marked her first solo travel across India—an experience that was enlightening, humbling, and life-changing.
 

Upon returning to New York City, Brandee felt called to integrate her diverse passions and training. She believes that true health and happiness come from aligning mind, body, and heart. Through her work, she blends personalized yoga instruction, nutrition coaching, and fitness guidance, offering a holistic path to wellness for her clients.
 

Approaching each session with mindfulness, grace, and patience, Brandee’s mission is to guide others through meaningful transformation—helping them release limiting habits and insecurities so their natural health and beauty can shine through.
