Your Holiday Wellness Kit Is Here

The holidays can be joyful, busy, and sometimes overwhelming. Between parties, travel, family time, and year end deadlines, it is easy to run out of energy and patience. To help you stay grounded and energized, we put together a simple, practical toolkit you can use all season long.

Move regularly, even for a few minutes

Movement is one of the fastest ways to reset your body and mind. You do not need a long workout to feel the benefit. Try these mini strategies:

  • Take quick stretch breaks at your desk, every 60 to 90 minutes.

  • Do a 10 minute Health Hub on demand session when you need an energy lift.

  • Walk after meals to support digestion and steady your mood.

Small, consistent movement stops the day from spiraling into fatigue, and it makes it easier to enjoy the season.

Manage stress with mindfulness

Short mindfulness practices reduce stress quickly, and they are easy to weave into a busy day. Our Calm sessions offer guided breathing and brief meditations you can do anywhere, in just a few minutes. Try:

  • A 3 to 5 minute breathing break before a family event.

  • A short body scan before bed to help you sleep. These tiny pauses create space between stimulus and reaction, so you can respond with calm rather than react with tension.

Stay connected, intentionally

Connection fuels resilience. Make small choices that keep you linked to others:

  • Go for a family walk, invite a friend to a stretch break, or share a healthy recipe.

  • Schedule a 15 minute coffee check in with a colleague you haven’t seen this year. Social time does not need to be elaborate, it just needs to be meaningful.

Plan for recovery and boundaries

The best holiday plans include recovery. Block short periods on your calendar for rest, movement, or silence. Practice saying no to one nonessential item on your to do list this week. Protecting your energy is not selfish, it is smart.
